7 days. No questions asked.

If the product isn't working for you, we'd rather you try somewhere else than feel trapped.

The short version

  • 7 calendar days from your most recent paid invoice.
  • Self-serve from your billing page. One click.
  • Refund + immediate cancellation in the same action.
  • One refund per account, lifetime.
  • Funds return within 5-10 business days via your payment provider.

How to refund

  1. Sign in to your dashboard.
  2. Go to Billing.
  3. Click Refund & cancel. Confirm.
  4. Done. Email confirmation follows. Your bot stops serving new chats immediately.

Edge cases

If you upgraded within the window: we refund the latest invoice (the upgrade). Prior invoices are outside scope.

Failed-payment accounts: if you never paid (e.g., card declined), there's nothing to refund — just cancel from your dashboard.

Enterprise contracts: governed by the terms of your specific agreement.

After 7 days

You can still cancel anytime via your billing page. Access continues through the end of your billing period, and the next renewal won't happen. No refund beyond the 7-day window.
