If you upgraded within the window: we refund the latest invoice (the upgrade). Prior invoices are outside scope.
Failed-payment accounts: if you never paid (e.g., card declined), there's nothing to refund — just cancel from your dashboard.
Enterprise contracts: governed by the terms of your specific agreement.
You can still cancel anytime via your billing page. Access continues through the end of your billing period, and the next renewal won't happen. No refund beyond the 7-day window.
