Who we are

What we collect

From our customers

• Account data: name, email, password hash, company name.
• Billing data: plan tier, subscription status, payment method metadata. We do not store full card numbers. Payment data is handled by Razorpay.
• Uploaded documents (your knowledge base).
• Bot configuration (persona, tone, prompts, support email).
• Usage metrics: API calls, chat counts, token usage.

From your website visitors

• Conversation transcripts between the visitor and the bot.
• Lead info when voluntarily provided (name, email, phone, company).
• Anonymous session ID, page URL, user agent for debugging.
• IP addresses logged for rate-limiting and dropped after 30 days.

How we use your data

• To deliver the chatbot service.
• To bill you for your subscription.
• To detect abuse and enforce rate limits.
• To improve the product in aggregate.

We do not train AI models on your data. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

Third-party processors

• Anthropic, Inc. — Claude API inference. Per Anthropic's policies, API content is not used to train their models. privacy.anthropic.com.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• {EMAIL_PROVIDER} — transactional email delivery.
• {HOSTING_PROVIDER} — service hosting.

Data retention

• Account data: retained while your account is active, deleted within 90 days of account closure.
• Chat transcripts: retained for 12 months by default. You can delete earlier from the dashboard.
• Billing records: retained 7 years for tax compliance.
• Server logs: 30 days.

Your rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regimes, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccuracies.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Export your data.
• Object to processing.

Your website visitors can also request deletion of their conversation data — email us and we'll coordinate with you.

Cookies

• A session cookie to keep you logged in. Required.
• No third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
• If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and show a consent banner where required.

Children

This service is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU).

International transfers

Our servers are located in {REGION}. If you are in the EU, your data may be transferred outside the EEA when we call US-based providers (Anthropic, Razorpay, etc.). We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we'll email you.
